Prior to joining TND Legal, she worked for professional law firms in Vietnam and successfully acted for a variety of clients including institutional investors, corporate occupiers as well as assisted various international and local clients in both domestic and overseas transaction.

Recent Transactions

Trang’s recent transactions include:

• Assisted a local developer in a transaction under the form of business cooperation contract (BCC) with a foreign-invested company in relation to the investment in educational sector;

• Assisted a 100% foreign-invested e-commerce platform operator on licensing procedures in relation to e-commerce activities;

• Advised foreign investors in the purchase of shares/contributed capital in their subsidiaries in Vietnam in the labor industry (i.e the labor outsourcing service and job brokerage service);

• Assisted partners to act as legal counsel for foreign investors in acquiring shares/contributed capital in local companies in the information technology industry;

• Acted as the retained legal counsel for the real estate developers in Ho Chi Minh city; and

• Acted as the retained legal counsel for the major international schools in Ho Chi Minh city.
